You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@rajsyne.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
